TRUBEL FRESH White truffles are sourced direct from our exclusive woods in Marche in Central Italy between the Apennine Mountains and Adriatic Sea. The delicate environment needed for growing truffles hasn’t been affected by modern agriculture. Large wild woods with ancient trees dominate the hills and the cold rainy weather provides the perfect conditions.

Tasting notes

The perfect marriage between a clove of garlic and a piece of the best Parmesan - Reggiano.
