If, for any reason, you are not happy with our products, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply contact us by emailing info@trubel.co.uk and we will process a refund for the full purchase price, less shipping and handling, to the original payment method.

Important - please read

• To protect our customers and ensure we handle every request with fairness, we cannot accept a refund request if the product was purchased over 30 days from the original date of purchase.
• Only applies to single product purchases. If multiples of the same product are purchased, we can only refund for one product. We can accept returns of non opened products, providing they are not damaged.
• We cannot accept requests for more than one product per order.
• We cannot accept requests more than once per household per 365 days.

Exclusions

Due to the nature of our fresh truffles, we cannot offer refunds on any fresh truffle products. The guarantee applies to TRUBEL truffle ingredients only.
