These fine Spanish Black Truffles (also known as Périgord truffles in France) are known as the queen of truffles with the most exquisite aroma. Earthy, intense, with a splash of red wine on the nose, the full fragrance is revealed when shaved over a warm dish.

The oak turneries at 990m above sea level in Teruel in Eastern Spain have the perfect chalky soil and dry climate for growing black truffles.
