Blend

White Truffle (tuber magnatum pico) single origin aged in neutral olive oil selected to enhance the truffle's maturity and complexity. 

Tasting Notes

Elegant dark beige colour with pink highlights, fine and smooth texture. Balanced garlicky flavour with an exquisite aged Parmesan cheese and a caramelised nutty sweetness.
