- 25g TRUBEL Black Truffle Paste
- 25ml black vinegar (from Chinese stores)
- 50ml good olive oil
- 2 small little gem lettuces
Wash and trim your little gem lettuce and either pat dry with a towel or spin dry in a salad spinner then shred and add to a large mixing bowl.
Mix the black vinegar and olive oil in a small bowl then add the truffle paste and mix thoroughly.
Arrange the lettuce in a salad bowl and sprinkle drizzle with the truffle dressing.
