45 ml Sweet Vermouth (we use Punt E Mes)

45 ml Dry Vermouth (we use Noilly Prat)

Orange Peel
Method:
- Stir ingredients with ice in a mixing glass and strain into a chilled glass.
- Pinch an orange peel to express the citrus oils over the top of the drink.
- Discard the orange peel.
